Hidden reefs: The hidden dangers posed by ONLINE DISCERNMENT SITES

 

 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to  whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.  (Jude verse 12-13)

HIDDEN REEFS:

Jude warns of "spots" in our feasts of charity.  Feasts of charity refer to having spiritual  fellowship where we share our revelations and understandings from scripture with each other.  In God's economy, wisdom is "gold" and so when we share what God gives us, scripture calls this "charity" (a brother or sister  who shares  freely what he has been given freely by God).

The word translated as "spots" in the King James Bible also has the meaning "hidden reefs".

Now this description "hidden reefs" perfectly describes the thing I wish to warn the reader about, with regards to the multitudes of deceitful workers, when making use of online discerment ministries.  

Those who have done research and have websites dedicated to  exposing error will and should be the  first to warn the reader seeking truth  to be careful because you do not always know what lies beneath the surface.  

 

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

(Matt 7:21-23) 

These are my warnings and observations  to help others also navigate the seas without hitting reefs, after many years of trying to untangle the web of lies we have been born in to, and after almost 2 years of research into the Zionist heresy and the influence of Kabbalah on Christianity.

 Before we do that, let me remind the believer in Jesus Christ that we have been given spiritual victory over all the power of the enemy, so there is nothing to fear if you walk closely with the Lord and listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.  

 

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luk 10:19)

 

The Holy Spirit will patiently and gently lead you into all truth, and keep you along the way.  

So do not fear.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.  (Psa 23:4-5)

 

He will teach you "in the presense of mine (your) enemies" because they will be sitting right at the same table  ("feast of charity") as you!  Just like Judas sat at the passover table sharing the same food.

One of the modern day places where exchange of truth happens, is the internet. 

 There are many websites dedicated to exposing false doctrine and false  religious movements, but I have seen that there are certain things useful for you to keep in mind when using these.

Firstly, you need to discern if there may be bias or an agenda.  

There exists sites where they do not expose error because of a love of the truth, but rather  in defence of the doctrines  and fables they believe in. 

 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth. (Tit 1:14)

  Others again create a "boogeyman" in order to deflect attention from their specific false teaching.  This they do to create the Dialectic, because if someone does not yet understand how  THE HEGELIAN DIALECTIC can deceive the carnal mind, if they show the gross  error of "the other side", they seem to be pure as the driven snow to the unsuspecting, creating trust.   Others expose false doctrine only to draw you into their net of  yet more false teaching.   An example is when Zionism gets exposed by Catholics, who then convince you to return to "mother church"!

 And then there are those who expose error but seduce you down fruitless or even harmful rabbit holes.  A good example is the alien and Nephilim fables which can slowly get someone going into very dark places.  I cannot warn enough, avoid alien and Nephilim teachings as I think they eventually  lead you into gnosticism. 

And finally there are those that  have a hidden political agenda. 

 

So be vary careful that you do not run from one deception only to get caught in another!

  

 As if a man did flee from a LION, and a BEAR met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a SERPENT bit him. (Amo 5:19)

 

 

 

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BABY WITH THE BATHWATER: 

Also be careful that you do not: throw the baby away with the bathwater or overcorrect when you see that you have been in false doctrine.  I have seen that every false stream, even New Age, has  elements of truth in it.  Only, the truth is severely twisted.  

People tend to overcorrect.  For example, people who got caught up into New Age or perhaps overfocussed on the gifts of the Spirit and got into the Charismatic deception, often overcorrect and return to so-called "cessationist" churches.  But along with that comes a new set of problemetic doctrines,  for example Calvinism.   This really is running from the lion and meeting the bear.

In these churches they quench the Holy Spirit and wall themselves in by relying on doctrine alone, and not on the guidance of the  Holy Spirit.  Then the life giving  doctrines of Christ gets gradually replaced with the doctrines of men,  until there is no life in that church.  

And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. (Rev 3:1)

Holding fast to Biblically sound doctrine is a good thing and it is a strong wall to keep error out, but without the Holy Spirit things become very dead. Everything becomes a parable again and the Word of God again becomes something learnt by rote. The people cannot hear the Voice of the Shepherd.  They are spiritually shut up in a dry pit without water.

 But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. (Isa 28:13)

 

THE CRUCIAL IMPORTANCE OF LAYING BEAR THE KABBALISTIC ROOT

 In exposing error I have seen there are ministries that expose the rotten fruit, or the various branches of the tree, but very few expose the Kabbalistic root.  I do see more and more websites going right to the root, though, which is encouraging.  It also shows the lateness of the hour because John the Baptist was pointing out to the axe laid to the root of the trees not planted by the Father and calling people to make straight the way in preparation for the coming of the Lord.

 

  When I was a "baby Christian" and I knew nothing, there is nothing that helped me more than  Jesus' teaching me about recognizing what is false or wrong by taking heed of the fruit I see.

 

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. (Matt 7:16-20)

 

 

 After these almost two years of research and exposing many false things I have come to see that discernment ministries come in three layers of depth:

Exposing  the effects of rotten FRUIT - exposing sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, financial fraud and  the obvious false doctrines (like prosperity gospel) 

Exposing BRANCHES - pointing to Zionism, Jesuits, Illuminati, Freemasonry, New Age etc

Exposing ROOT - this is where Mystery Babylon is exposed.  You must expose the  Kabbalistic root.

 

I do not have a problem with ministries that expose the effects of rotten fruit, because the people there probably cannot see further than that and I admire them that they have courage to speak up.   Jesus gave them that wonderful indicator for those who may not yet know about the root - the simple "fruit" test is very powerful to the new believer.

 My issue is with those ministries who expose the branches and only ever  point to one branch, rather than expose  the many different ones.  And because of that they also never get beyond the branches  to uncover  the root. 

While the Body needs people to expose rotten fruit and different branches, we also need ministries that can go deep to expose the root, which is the leaven of the Pharisees.  If we just point to rotten fruit we heal the wound lightly ...if we only ever focus on the branches,   we start to OPPOSE OURSELVES because of the Dialectic it creates...which is Satan's device to scatter the God's people.

They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. (Jer 6:14)

 

In meekness instructing those that OPPOSE THEMSELVES; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

(2 Tim 2:25-26) 

 

He captures people with a doctrine of man,  and then causes them to oppose themselves by the Hegelian Dialectic creating a Dualism. This ends up making a brother "the evil other side" and focussing on striving amongst  and against each other rather than laying bare the bitter root which is defiling the church. This bitter root or leaven in the church is what helped bring about the multiple thousands of different denominations. This leaven is what brought about the  initial splits of the   Reformation  and the Great Schism before that, and this leaven is what came in right from the start with the Judaizers.

 

Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. 

(Matt 13:33)

 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. (Matt 16:12)

 

This  leaven is the doctrine  of the Pharisees and it is the same doctrine of the modern day Pharisees  also. 

And this leaven can  and does easily enter  in because Christians remain carnal "babes in Christ",  not wise to understand the devices of the devil, not studying the Bible for themselves, relying on men to do it  for them while they pursue worldliness,  tossed about by every wind of  doctrine by those who devise cunning snares to catch them and bring them back into bondage. 

And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.   I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.   For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? (1 Cor 3:1-4)

 

You can still  learn from discernment sites who point  only to branches, but keep in mind  that is surface level and use it to gain a  bird's eye view of various error streams.  Do not focus on only one branch and the foul birds nesting there.  Many branches make up  this wicked tree

 

 

 GOING DOWN RABBIT HOLES: 

 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. (Isa 8:20)

One finds many "rabbit holes" and conspiracy theories especially on the so-called "Truther"   sites.  Some online discernment ministries also have an element of this.  While I am not one who will say to stay away from consiracies at all costs, I can say from experience that ALL conspiracy theories end up being a vain waste of your time and even more so  if you get stuck in them  beyond gaining just the neccessary superficial understanding (mainly to help others get out of them!) , and especially when they become an obsession.  The still small voice will tell you when that is the case and when it's time to move on.  Do not fail to listen to that inner prompting!

 I came to the point of seeing the truth of Isa 8:20, namely even though these "truther sites" expose error and falsehood in our world, there still is no truth in them, because they do not speak according to God's Word and neither do they bring the remedy to the listener in the form of the gospel. They offer no hope except pointing out that the writing is on the wall.

Be wary of discernment minitries that keep going down political- and strange and fantastical  rabbit holes.  It is fine if the person is pointing to what is happening in the world,  but it should be with the goal of  showing you how world events are  matching up to what is in scripture.  They should basically be testifying to the truth of scripture when they show you the things  the devil is doing in the dark. 

 

THE GRAVE DANGER OF UNFORGIVENESS:

As you learn more and more and your eyes open to the great deception and the ways not only the Judaizers but also Christian pastors, elders, leaders and your brethern walk in deception and deceive multitudes, you will need to forgive them from the heart.  If you hold this against them, a root of bitterness may spring up in your heart too, and you may also end up defiling others.  So one of the most important things I can advise  you besides following Christ alone and not men, is to always always keep unforgiveness out of your heart.

  Unforgiveness and offence is yet another hidden reef that is deadly,  and even more so with regards to seeing the hidden evils, and unlike false teachers and deceivers whom you at least can flee from , this danger of unforgiveness and offence can lodge itself in your own heart, reader,  so beware.

You may get to learn about the most vile acts the ungodly sons of Satan commit, and even that you will need to forgive and rest in the Lord who will avenge.  We as God's children are not called to avenge because God alone does this in a just manner.  We will mess it up and defile ourselves if we do.

Our job is to be a witness that God is true and it is men who lie.   

 

 

 DO NOT FALL DOWN TO WORSHIP THE MESSENGER

Rev 22: 8-9 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God   

 

One of the most crucial things we need to learn in our walk in Christ, and something that will help protect you against "hidden reefs" is to learn not to "worship the messenger" so to speak.  

When we are a new believer and someone helps us see spiritual things, we place them on a pedestal.  All new believers do this.  But this makes you vunerable to be deceived, dear reader.  So keep your eyes on Christ alone and  only ever lean on him.  Men will disappoint you but He never will.  

 

Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.

 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.  (Jer 17:5-8)

 

Jesus Christ Himself warned us not to be looking to men and lavishing titles that belong to Christ alone on them,  as we ought to be looking to Him alone.  

He alone is our Shepherd.  He alone  is our Teacher, our Father and our Lord and Master . By merely adhering to this commandment we could already spare ourselves from the danger of  so many "hidden reefs"
