FINAL THOUGHTS
We tend to (in the spiritual sense) weep and wail when our spiritual eyes open to the state of the church and we try to show them the truth, thereby we are a witness of the Truth, but my experience and testimony is a lot of it is about the Lord healing US and testifying against the multitude ("the many" as scripture calls it).
Just like David wept for his dying first son with Bathsheba, but after he died he got up, washed and annointed himself and worshipped the Lord, we must also get to the point of accepting reality for what it is and believing God when He says: the son of the bondwoman (the children of the flesh) is rejected and shall not be heir with the son of the free woman:
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. (Rom 8:8)
Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. (Gal 4:30)
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.(1 Cor 15:50)
Once you see Babylon cannot be healed, then you will fully come to understand why the Lord calls us out:
We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies. (Jer 51:9)
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! {"We would have healed Babylon but she is not healed" }
Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. {"forsake her" }
For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. (Matt 23)
Do not weep any longer for those lost sheep still stuck in the delusion will also come out just like you did. None who belong to Him will be hurt by this fire.
By His strange work, He is setting free His people taken captive by Babylon the Great and she will be utterly consumed by the eternal fire of judgement, for strong is the Lord God who judges her!!!
And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.(Eze 2:6)

In the short clip, To the Beloved you show this - Isaiah 46:3 Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb:
ReplyDeleteA few months ago I was thinking about what it truly meant about being born again, which, after thinking deeply, if revealed by the Lord; We are borne (carried in the womb) in the flesh, Jesus said that we must be born (borne) again of the Spirit. God himself carries us (in the womb of his kingdom, so to speak) while we are in the world. Something to think about! Elizabeth
Amen Elizabeth. Good catch from you!!!
DeleteAbraham's two sons illustrate this. One was born after the flesh, one after the Spirit, Isaac the son of Promise These illustrate us in our first and second state, first carnal, then IN CHRIST, born from the Jerusalem Above, which is the mother of all who are born from Above.
And also Paul says:
1 Cor 15:46-49
Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
...which is to say YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN...
for the natural (carnal) man cannot inherit the Kingdom of God:
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. (1 Cor 15:50)
Hence we must be changed from being carrnal and of the earth, earthy, into the image of the Lord from heaven, our Father, who is Jesus Christ, by being born again from Above:
1 Cor 15:52:57
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Yet as you say God himself carries us IN HIM while yet in this world, which is why Paul also says:
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. (2 Cor 4:7)
This is a very beautiful thing to know and understand.
Yes, scripture confirming scripture and the the things which only God can reveal to us through his Word within us. Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
ReplyDeleteAdding to my comment above. He makes twain the two! Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteAmen Elizabeth! The Prince of peace who makes peace like the world can never give!
DeleteI have watched again the clip in this video called, The pride of man. Firstly, I appreciate the effort and time you spent putting it together, everything pertinent to the point. It appears that pride is the ultimate idol in man’s heart leading to one degree of wickedness to another, becoming all consuming. Wow, what a mess! Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteI am reminded of what the Holy Spirit wrote through John:
DeleteFor all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and THE PRIDE OF LIFE, is not of the Father, but is of the world. (1 Joh 2:16)
Regarding the video, all the glory goes to the Father who does the work using earthen vessels.
Further to my comment above. Man really doesn’t understand what sin in themselves is and because of pride he is unable to identify it. Unfortunately, Freuds wicked practices has reduced them to ‘feelings, hurty ones at that). So war in our members continues to tighten its death grip. True Christians would be better praying for godly convictions rather than ungodly revivals. Who, after all, wants revival of the sinful man? And we know who! Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteAmen Elizabeth, men should pray "The Lord's prayer" for themselves because if they understood they would know why they ought to pray for themselves "deliver us from evil" rather than ask amiss by seeking worldly things
DeleteYe ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. (Jas 4:3)
Yes, all glory goes the Father, the Lord Jesus Christ who gives gifts to men. Some use their gifts to good where some to wickedness.
ReplyDeleteJust yesterday I felt to consider the Lord’s Prayer, I only managed to get the the first part, and well, the word hallowed led me to so much depth of the meaning. On researching from Hallowed to, Holy, Consecrated, Sacred or set apart, Inviolable, Infringe, Encroach. Understanding all of that shows that;
Firstly, God’s Name is set apart and is the Name above all names. Philippians 2: 9Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above all names, 10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Secondly, Satan through the utter ignorance of man, is trying to emulate the things of God, but his attempts are shoddy and impure to say the least. Elizabeth
So true what you say here: ", Satan through the utter ignorance of man, is trying to emulate the things of God, but his attempts are shoddy and impure to say the least"...I also testify of seeing this very thing.
