Welcome,  dear Reader to my blog.

This blog is an attempt to write down the knowledge and understanding I have gained while the Holy Spirit was leading me into truth, to understand the schemes of the devil.

 

 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

  (Eph 6:11)

  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

(2 Cor 2:11)

 

While we desperately do need to understand the schemes, wiles and devices  of the devil so that we are not ineffective in our prayer and obedience, I want to share with the reader right from the start the understanding that I finally came to after learning about all these things.  

 First and foremost I have come to  not just believe, but actually see for myself, that God is ultimately in control of it all. 

  I have also come to see God's incredible mercy to lost mankind, and how He knows we are frail, and that He makes a way for us,  despite mankind being  so utterly undeserving.

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. (Psa 103:14)

 

And so while I gladly share what has been given to me, it is also with a word of caution,  namely this:  Do not get lost in the many rabbit holes that could potentially entangle and ensnare you. 

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

(2 Tim 2:4-6)

 

 Try to  gain understanding and then come to the point of being able to accept what is and just worship God wholeheartedly the way you did before.  No matter what is happening all around us, I found that we get to a point where all we can do is  merely continue to worship God as we always have,  before seeing and understanding these things.

Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.

  Understanding the depth of the horror that we have been saved from, only makes us love more, having had a glimpse of how much we have been forgiven and realizing the indescribable value of "that good part", which is lasting.

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

¹⁵ See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

¹⁶ Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

¹⁷ Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
